Established 14 years ago, Duncan is the CEO of Marketii , a leading Market Research Company that specialises in assessing and analysing customer experience insight within the Customer Service Journeys of Medical and Technology organisations.
Duncan is a keen advocate of there being no excuse as to why deliver poor service. He spends his time between offices in Boston and London along with visiting and working with client to help develop their best practice in service delivery and customer support.
Away from work Duncan is, or was :), a keen sportsman and now much of his time is spent as dad taxi ferrying his 3 boys around and stand pitch-side in rain, snow or shine at various matches and events.
On the company side, Duncan is working with many leading Medical Device companies to enable them to really understand what the customer experience is and how they can help shape your organization to provide class leading customer experiences.
