Fareed Faghih is a Service Innovation Manager at Philips Healthcare with the Image Guide Therapy – Devices group.

Fareed is now responsible for ensuring new products meet the various Service requirements needed in the market today while innovating with new ideas. This includes design considerations and process considerations to ensure the cost to service products in the field is minimized and to maximize system up time. In the past Fareed has worked as tier 3 support in the Philips Healthcare Ultrasound group as well as a service sustaining manager. Prior to that Fareed worked in the repair and refurbishment of parts as a test engineer within the Philips healthcare Ultrasound group.
