Joy has been with ResMed for 6 years and has taken various roles in ANZ Operations and Global Technical Services (GTSV). Joy holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration from the University of the Philippines and recently finished her MBA in Macquarie University, Sydney Australia. She is an experienced leader in commercial and operational management of customer service and technical services teams in consumer goods, manufacturing and medical device industries. In her current role, she supports GTSV on commercial facing activities including exploring developing offers to grow our service revenue. She leads the teams responsible for global TSV project delivery and relationship management of our external service network in AMR, EMEA & APAC.
