Bill Hale is an accomplished professional with a background in electronics and technical service. With training in electronics and video equipment from the Navy, Bill transitioned to roles at PET scanner and AVO/Megger, specializing in high-voltage test equipment repair. At Skeeball, he excelled in technical service and inventory management, advancing to Engineering Technician.

Joining Neuronetics in 2009, Bill's expertise led him from Technical Support Rep to Field Service Engineer, then to a 3rd level support role. Recognized for his contributions, he was appointed Associate Director in 2021, overseeing the Technical and Field Service Department. With his dedication and leadership, Bill continues to drive excellence and customer satisfaction at Neuronetics.
