Vice President - North America Field Service Acelity

Byron Clark is Vice President of North American Field service for KCI, An Acelity Company, based in San Antonio, Texas.   His career 12 year career responsibilities with KCI have evolved from operations analytics, through Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt project management into leadership positions for PMO and finally into responsibility for Field Service Operations and the supporting Central Operations functions for North America.  In his current role, he leads 420+ service team members across 120+ operating locations in our pursuit to provide life changing and  innovative healing solutions for customers and patients across the care continuum.  KCI’s unsurpassed product portfolio delivers value through solutions that speed healing, and through the care of the field service organization lead the industry in quality, safety and customer experience.
