Curtis Carter holds the role of Vice President of Field Service at Benco Dental, a full-service dental distribution company known for its extensive range of offerings, from consumables to cutting-edge equipment and technology, along with dependable field service and pragmatic business solutions. Curtis takes pride in leading a dedicated team of over 300 Field Service Technicians, supported by 22 managers and 3 directors, collectively spanning the United States. This team diligently ensures the smooth installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance for a broad network of over 30,000 customer locations.

With an emphasis on collaboration, Curtis works closely with over 70 respected manufacturers of dental equipment and technology. From advanced 3D Cone-beam Cat Scan digital radiography to essential mechanical components like medical-grade compressors, vacuums, and sterilizers, his team provides support to meet the diverse needs of dental professionals.

Curtis's journey to his current role has been marked by a range of experiences in Field Service Leadership, Sales Leadership and Equipment Sales, spanning both distribution and manufacturing. An alumnus of Virginia Tech, Curtis earned a B.S. in Psychology, a background that enriches his approach to team management and problem-solving. Beyond his professional endeavors, he actively volunteers with the Junior Achievement program, contributing to the preparation of young individuals for success in a global economy.
