Dennis Pappas currently works as a service leadership consultant with ADAPT Service Consulting. For over 25 years, he has held service executive positions, leading global Field and Technical service teams for various medical device and life science companies. His leadership roles included tenure at Hologic, Rapid Micro Biosystems, Cytek Biosciences, Insulet Corporation and Advanced Instruments. He brings a great breadth of knowledge for building service organizations from the startup phase, as well as merging service teams through acquisitions. Dennis also has plenty of experience standing up service teams with lean processes and leveraging systems integrations with tools such as Salesforce, Field Service Lightning, Oracle/NetSuite and RingCentral.
