With two decades of experience in sales Derick White is an accomplished and versatile sales leader who uses a pragmatic and no-nonsense approach to developing sales organizations and achieving results. Derick has established a proven track record of generating sustainable revenue growth in a wide variety of industries including technology, financial, manufacturing and medical. Over the last 7 years in his role as VP of Business Development Derick works with many large organizations such as Medtronic, J&J, Alcon and Acelity to ensure long-term success in their customer feedback programs and to educate on effective ways to generate revenue.  

Derick is an avid outdoorsman who spends his free time with family fly fishing, hunting, camping and hiking.  When not in the outdoors Derick serves as an active Board of Advisor and Coach for the Minnesota Miracle League allowing children with disabilities the opportunity to play baseball.
