Mr. Jaimes is responsible for developing Customer Support strategy for Roche In Vitro Diagnostics Division and leading the national team of engineering, applications specialist and IT solutions. A top priority in his role as head of CS is to transform this organization in best in class, maximizing customer experience by offering timely and effective technical and application service, ensuring compliance and operational excellence, while generating new venues for growth and ensuring customer intimacy and centricity in patient.

Luis Jaimes joined to Roche in late 2014 after 20 years of experience in  the Medical Devices & Diagnostics market in Mexico and Latin America, developing experience in the transformation of technical services departments into profit centers, creating performance dashboards, designing and constructing technical service centers, implementing technical Call Center organizations and developing third party models for field services and Spare Parts Logistics operation for medical devices.
