Pasha Arshadi is the VP of Global Service Solutions at Quest International, the leading global post sales service support partner for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide. Mr. Arshadi is responsible for overseeing Quest’s Service Excellence strategy allowing its OEM clients across multiple vertical markets to scale their service operations by leveraging Quest’s ISO accredited global service infrastructure consisting of depot facilities, field services, supply-chain logistics and customer care solutions. Mr. Arshadi has over 20 years of experience with technical solution development and service delivery experience supporting critical infrastructure for Fortune 100 organizations and holds a BS and MS in Computer Science and has a deep understanding of Software Systems and Computing technology in his current and past roles.
