Vice President, Global Product Tech Support Beckman Coulter Diagnostics

Ray Ruth is a customer focused business leader with extensive experience in utilizing customer insights and leading strategic development to drive transformational business growth through innovation in services. He has held multiple senior level global roles in service including operations, service sales, portfolio development and contract management. Ray has been part of Danaher since 2006 and is currently the VP, Global Product Tech Support, Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. In his current role he is responsible for driving service outcomes throughout the new product development cycle, solving the most complex customer escalations and driving product improvements and lifecycle management. Before joining Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, he held various leadership roles in Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, Marketing, and Service as part of Hach, now a Veralto Inc. operating company. Prior to joining Danaher Ray served in the United States Air Force. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and an MBA. During his off hours he can be found enjoying all that Colorado has to offer and spending time with his wife and three Daughters.
