Ray has worked in the Service industry for over 30 years with vast experience in both the Field and the Corporate Service environment. His experiences include New Product Service Development, Technical Knowledge Management, Customer Satisfaction Measurement, Business Process Re-engineering, Workflow Analysis, Field Service Support, and Service Systems.
Ray joined Medivators in 2006. He is currently the US Director of Service and Technical Support with responsibility for US Field Service, Technical Product Support, and Installation Implementation groups. Previously he held Service Management as well as Field Service Engineer positions in Kodak and Boeing/Rockwell.
