Sachin Shah

Director, Global Services Medtronic

Sachin Shah is the Global Service Director for Medtronic's Surgical Innovation business unit. Sachin has been in the medical device industry for over 17 years and has held positions within Research & Development (R&D), Marketing and Portfolio Management teams. He has launched several innovative medical devices and managed future product portfolios. In his current role, Sachin is working on establishing a new global service group. His focus is on optimizing global service processes and defining service value proposition that is meaningful for internal and external stakeholders. 

Sachin was born and brought-up in India. He moved to USA in 2000 to pursue his Engineering Masters' degree. Prior to joining Medtronic, Sachin was part of Cardinal Health's R&D team. He earned his MBA from UConn while working at Medtronic. He currently resides in Connecticut with his wife and two kids. Sachin values building personal connections and he is passionate about delivering results.
