Sheridan Heil is a Sr. Manager of the Global Service Program Management Office within Medtronic. She has over 13 years of driving revenue generating programs for the global service organization. She leads the implementation of remote service and support capabilities to many of the Medtronic products. Sheridan also created and maintains the global shared service program, which not only drives incremental revenue for Medtronic, but also helps empower customers to be able to service and support many of their products. Sheridan and her team represent the voice of service for many product development programs across the Medtronic global portfolio.
