Tom Buckley is the Senior Director of Capital Equipment Technical Services (CETS) at Boston Scientific. In this role Tom is responsible for global technical services, which includes field service, customer call centers, service engineering, sales, training and business processes to support the Boston Scientific capital equipment business for all divisions. Tom has over 25 years of global service management experience in capital equipment businesses. He earned a BS in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from University of Minnesota and MBA from St. Thomas College in St. Paul, MN.
