Brian Schiwal is an experienced service leader with nearly two decades of expertise in technical service operations, customer relations, and team management. Currently serving as the National Service Manager at Hamilton Company, he is pivotal in optimizing service performance and driving operational excellence. Brian has held key leadership positions throughout his career, including Senior Manager of Field Service for the Eastern USA and Canada and Regional Service Manager for North-East Canada.
Brian joined Hamilton in 2005. Before this, Brian was a bench chemist / general instrumentation maintenance person for a startup company in Colorado. Brian holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from Dickinson State University.
Brian believes strongly in the power of teamwork and attributes his success to the dedicated teams he has had the privilege of leading.
